Method
- Pour 4 teaspoons of vegetable glycerin into a bowl.
- Add 1 teaspoon of activated charcoal into bowl.
- Add 1 drops of lavender essential oil into bowl.
- Stir until ingredients are blended.
- Using a dropper, add the mixture into an empty mascara container.
