    1. Pour hot water into foot bath.
    2. Add 1/2 Cup epsom salt into hot water.
    3. Add 2 teaspoons of turmeric essential oil into water.
    4. Soak feet for 15-30 minutes for an anti-inflammatory foot treatment.
