Most orders are shipped within 24 business hours directly from our warehouse in New York. As soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly on our website or through the carrier website.

Returns & Replacements
  • At marytylor.com, we carry only the highest quality products, and we know that you will enjoy using them. With that said, we offer a 100% 30 days, money back guaranty. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will be happy to refund you your order total or exchange it for something else.
  • All international shipping charges (from outside of the United States) cannot be refunded. If you wish to return an item, simply send us an email to: support@marytylor.com and we will send you the return address right away.
  • Broken or damaged products:
