Directions for hair: (After patch test) Wash your hair with warm water and shampoo. Apply a small amount of bergamot oil on your scalp. Massage it into the scalp for about two minutes. Rinse your hair thoroughly with lukewarm water, then dry it off with a towel.
Directions for Skin: (After patch test) Mix 2 – 3 drops of bergamot oil with a carrier oil, Mary Tylor Naturals Sweet Almond Oil or Coconut Oil works great. Apply to area of face or skin. Leave on overnight, wash in morning. |
