Organic Yellow Beeswax Pellets, 1 lb, USDA-Certified, great for DIY candlemaking, lip balms and so much more!!!! Manufactured and Distributed by Mary Tylor Naturals

USDA-Certified Organic Yellow beeswax pellets. Beeswax is an all-natural product that is made by honeybees. Worker bees produce it inside the honeycomb that provides protection that makes it resistant to elements and contaminants.

Honeybees use beeswax to create the hexagonal beeswax comb we're all familiar with, this is created to store honey, pollen and for the queen to lay her eggs. Wax production requires significant energy, for each 1 lb of beeswax, 6 lbs of honey has to be consumed by the hive.

Directions for hair:

Use the smallest amount of beeswax that you can get away with, and build up slowly until you have your desired look. Before applying it to your hair, rub it in your hands to get the best possible effect.

Note: Try not to use it every day, can lead to buildup of product.

Wear a silk or satin head scarf at night. Not only will this reduce how often you have to apply the beeswax, but it’ll also keep your hair looking smooth.

Directions for face:

The protective barrier formed by beeswax not only protects from external threats but also locks in moisture to prevent water loss, therefore helping your skin stay soft and hydrated.

Put a small amount into your palm and apply it to your face.

It’s essential not to cleanse skin before applying beeswax, as it can strip away oils from pores. However, you should notice clearer skin within two weeks of daily application.

After applying the beeswax, you need to remove it before washing your face thoroughly. Then, you can use a warm washcloth or towel dipped in lukewarm water to gently wipe away the wax after waiting for about ten minutes.

Why add Coconut Oil to Beeswax in container Candles?
Beeswax burns hotter than other waxes, giving it its signature bright ambient glow and making them last longer. In a container/jar, this can make the jar too hot to touch, so adding a bit of another all natural oil that doesn’t release toxins into the air produces a cooler burning candle.
