Teeth Whitening:

Pour a small amount of activated charcoal powder on a wet toothbrush and brush for 3-5 minutes and rinse. Repeat as needed for whiter teeth and healthier gums.

Facial Mask:

Mix 1 teaspoon of activated charcoal powder with 1 teaspoon of your favorite carrier oil or water into a paste.  Apply a thin layer on your face and let dry. Rinse with water.

 Detoxification:

Mix 1-2 teaspoons of activated charcoal powder with 1 cup of water and drink.  It is recommended to drink another full glass of water right away.
