Directions for hair: (After patch test) You can apply nutmeg to the hair by adding it Carrier Oils - coconut oil, olive oil or argan oil. Massage the mixture into the scalp for 5 minutes. Leave it on for 30 minutes to an hour Wash it off using a mild shampoo.
