This is another reason why I love Mary Tylor Naturals! The family that runs this company just wants to provide everyone with the best ingredients at an affordable price so we all can benefit from natural health care. A kit like this makes it easy to find the oils that work best for your needs. So, if anyone asks how to get started with essential oils? Or the best oils to start with? I recommend this as the Top 8 Essential Oils set. They’re Pure Organic Therapy Grade and Shipped All Together!
Also, be sure to do your research when starting with EOs (Essential Oils). You don’t want to just apply them willy-nilly to your skin. You want to combine them with what they call a carrier oil. Some people just use the extra-virgin olive oil or avocado oil they cook with, but there are better carrier oils that have added health benefits to help you even more. Please be sure to discuss this with your Doctor, never treat yourself without sharing everything with your Dr.
Please feel free to ask questions in the comments section and I’ll do my best to research it for you!
I am not an Aromatherapist. I am a Mom/Daughter/Wife doing my best to care for my family the most organic way possible.
Wishing You Great Health & Happiness!
